EAM is looking for a CRNA to join our group at South AR Regional Hospital in El Dorado, AR. Named by USA Today as one of the best small town cultural scenes - El Dorado is surrounded by timberlands, rivers, creeks, and natural beauty while also offering a revitalized downtown and award-winning golf course.
This is a team-oriented, non-medically directed practice. The group will consist of 5 CRNAs and 1 MD. Call is very manageable with a 1:5 rotation and is not required to be in-house with the MD as backup if needed. Post call days are not guaranteed off but CRNAs are often not needed to work post call.
Typical Cases are Urology, Orthopedic, GYN, ENT, OB, GI, and General surgery. They do have some pediatric anesthetics which include dental restoration and ENT. NO CV, Vascular, or Neuro cases at this facility. CRNAs need to be proficient in central lines, epidurals, and spinals. MD places most peripheral nerve blocks but CRNAS can if desired. We would be willing to train candidates that don't feel comfortable with any of the required skills. New grads are welcome to apply!
Compensation is EAM covers Medical Malpractice. We also offer access, via a partnership, to cost-effective group health, dental, life and disability plans-all while maintaining the benefits and flexibility of being 1099.
Essential Anesthesia Management is committed to equal opportunity for all, without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, citizenship, sex, age, veteran status, disability, genetic information, or any other protected characteristic. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the assigned and essential functions.
