Corporate Controller

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Corporate Controller to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $175,000 to $200,000 per year.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in establishing and maintaining accounting and operational controls
• Develop and maintain standard production cost models (labor tool), perform audits to determine accuracy
• Extensive standard cost variance analysis
• Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Prepare financial analysis to support capital expenditure requests
• Perform audits of plan business units to ensure accurate standard costs and yields in bill of materials

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in financial management experience
• Proven leadership and managerial experience
• Experience with system conversion
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
