Sr.Data Engineer

Qualification

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Additionally, the qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required in this position:
Required:

• Experience in developing enterprise solutions for data extraction, transformation and aggregation from multiple file formats for analyzing & transforming the data
• Experience with MS SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), T-SQL programming, stored procedures, and triggers
• Experience in Database Design and development with Business Intelligence using SQL Server 2014/2016, Integration Services (SSIS), DTS Packages, Star Schema and Snowflake Schema.
• Expert Level - Big Data technologies, Azure, AWS, Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Kafka, Flume, NoSQL stores (HBase, Cassandra, DynamoDB, MongoDB).
• Experience working in an Azure DevOps environment with CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent communication skills with excellent work ethics and a proactive team player with a positive attitude
• Expertise in various phases of project life cycles (Design, Analysis, Implementation and testing)
• 4+ years of experience with Database Management, preferably SQL Server
• 4+ years of experience creating ETL solutions, preferably using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) is preferred.
• 2 years of experience creating tabular model solutions using SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) is preferred.
• Experience with Azure Devops, Microsoft TFS
• Excellent understanding of T-SQL, stored procedures, indexes, stats, functions, and views
• Experience with relational SQL databases (MS SQL Server)
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills required.
