Responsibilities

• Provides guidance, support, and oversight for all service delivery.
• Ensures services are delivered on time.
• Responsible for maintaining a budget.
• Responsible for ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.

Qualifications

• Top Secret with SCI eligibility Security Clearance required.
• Must possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited university with a preference for a major in Information Technology.
• Must have 5+ years' experience supervising large IT Service contracts.
• Must have 9+ years' experience in an IT related field.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or Information Technology (IT).
• Possesses Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Possesses Information Technology Information Library (ITIL) v3 or later certification.
