As a Tech Lead specializing in Angular, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the technical direction and implementation of Angular-based projects within our organization. Your expertise in Angular will be essential in leading a team of developers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team in all aspects of Angular development, including architecture, design patterns, best practices, and code reviews.
Project Planning and Execution: Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines. Lead the team in planning and executing Angular-based projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
Angular Development: Hands-on development using Angular framework to build efficient, reusable, and well-documented components and modules. Implement responsive web designs and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
Code Quality and Best Practices: Enforce coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines within the team. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.
Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment. Mentor junior developers, share knowledge, and promote continuous learning and improvement.
Problem Solving: Lead troubleshooting efforts and provide technical expertise to resolve complex issues and challenges encountered during development.
Research and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in Angular development. Evaluate and introduce new tools, libraries, and methodologies to improve development processes and enhance product quality.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer with expertise in Angular development. Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologies. Extensive experience with Angular framework (Angular 2+), including Angular CLI, RxJS, and NgRx. Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices. Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous request handling. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
