Corporate Real Estate Regional Market Manager
Oversee the RE responsibilities for an assigned geographic region. This position will be responsible for managing the development of the RE strategic plans and their resultant impact on the corporation. Additionally, this position will be responsible for the execution of strategies, policies, processes and control related to all RE disciplines while placing emphasis on cost control, image and standardization.

- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University in a Business-related field or 15 years of progressive relevant work experience
- 10 or more years Relevant real estate work experience
- 8 years Project or facilities management experience
- 8 years Managing customer relationships
- 8 years Experience with Real Estate/Facilities practices and activities.
- 4 years Experience utilizing MS Office products

Scope of responsibilities: (Texas)
- Texas currently represents 147 sites consisting of 957,236 RSF and 1,865 employees that occupy these locations.
- Types of facilities in the assigned market: Retail Banking Centers (101), Combined Banking Center/Multi Tenant office (33); Stand Alone MT office (3); Stand Alone ATM/Night Drop/Other (10).
- Responsible Florida and Other Markets: currently represents 25 sites; with 117,752 RSF, and 187 Employees that occupy these locations.
- Types of facilities in the assigned market: Retail Banking Centers (6), Combined Banking Center/Multi Tenant office (1); Stand Alone MT office (17); Stand Alone ATM/Night Drop/Other (2).
- Responsible for Building Plan and Administrative Plan budgets $5MM-$30MM.
- Annual value of capital projects managed: $3MM-$10MM.
- Manage 4 FTE.
Position Responsibilities:
Strategy
- Responsible for assisting in the development of the regional RE strategic plan and its resultant impact on the assigned market.
- Responsible for the execution of strategies and the development and execution of policies, processes and controls related to all RE disciplines with an emphasis on cost control, image and standardization.
Vendor Management
- Manage regional vendor relationships and key performance metrics in market assigned.
- Resolve problems with vendors.
- Conduct business review with all major 3rd party vendors in market assigned.
Financial Management
- Responsible for financial analysis, developing the annual budget and leading the planning for RE in assigned market of region.
- Responsible for meeting established budget.
- Responsible for analyzing situations, making recommendations, and driving the implementation of recommendations.
- Manage all new and existing lease opportunities.
- Manage expenses to ensure all facilities reflect superior appearance and efficient operations within budget expectations.
- Manage the internal rent process.
- Manage vacancies to drive portfolio optimization for the market.
Relationship Management
- Leading and fostering strong, local partnerships with Technology Retail, Security, Procurement, Business Continuity, and Compliance in support of corporate initiatives.
- Meet with senior executives to identify problems, concerns, issues and resolve items in a timely manner.
Facility Management
- Responsible for delivering superior service to all clients to ensure a safe, efficient, clean and productive environment is provided to conduct their business endeavors.
- Responsible for asset preservation.
Transaction Management
- Provide guidance in lease negotiations for all building leases, lease renewals, subleases etc. Ensure adherence to lease terms.
- Assist in lease audits.
Project Management
- Provide oversight on projects relating to New Retail Banking Centers, Multi Tenant and Retail Improvement Projects.
- Manage all projects and requests from Executives.
- Responsible for ensuring adherence to corporate space standards, minority vendor goals, disaster recovery programs, environmental issues, energy and other process improvements.
