As a Design Engineer at Micron, you will be responsible for crafting and analyzing digital and analog circuits used in the development of memory products. We are engaged in developing groundbreaking silicon-to-systems solutions - right from technology development and sophisticated memory designs to product development, systems design, and validation resulting in best-in-class memory solutions.
In this position, you will collaborate with Micron's various design and verification teams all over the world and support the efforts of groups such as Product Engineering, Test, Probe, Process Integration, Assembly, and Product Architecture to proactively design products that optimize all manufacturing functions and assure the best cost, quality, reliability, and time-to-market.

As a Design Engineer at Micron, you will be responsible for crafting and analyzing digital and analog circuits used in the development of memory products. We are engaged in developing groundbreaking silicon-to-systems solutions - right from technology development and sophisticated memory designs to product development, systems design, and validation resulting in best-in-class memory solutions.
In this position, you will collaborate with Micron's various design and verification teams all over the world and support the efforts of groups such as Product Engineering, Test, Probe, Process Integration, Assembly, and Product Architecture to proactively design products that optimize all manufacturing functions and assure the best cost, quality, reliability, and time-to-market.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with overall design, layout, and optimization of memory circuits
- Perform circuit simulations using standard industry tools such as SPICE and VERILOG
- Assist in design and development of schematic blocks such as memory array, control logic, address decode, datapath, and internal test logic.
- Understand the impact of design architecture decisions on overall power, speed, and die size
- Import layout parasitic information into circuit simulation environment
- Able to interpret device specification to produce required functionality.
- Build solutions and define requirements for circuit operation, DFM is a key focus.
- Look for opportunities to drive competitive advantages into our solutions by developing groundbreaking ideas and concepts.
- Simulation experience using analog and digital tools.
- Debug circuits base on both simulation and silicon results.
- Good understanding of high speed logic and clocking design
- BSEE or Greater, 6+ years of related experience
