Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant General Manager to lead our team and oversee all aspects of restaurant operations. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall success and profitability of the restaurant while upholding our high standards of quality, service, and hospitality. With a focus on leadership, strategic planning, and guest satisfaction, you will inspire and motivate our team to deliver exceptional experiences that exceed expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide visionary leadership and direction to the restaurant team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and teamwork.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive revenue growth, increase profitability, and enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and cost control, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff members, providing ongoing coaching and development opportunities to maximize their potential and performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate guest feedback, reviews, and ratings, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure timely delivery of quality products and services.
  • Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract new customers, increase brand awareness, and drive customer loyalty and retention.
  • Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to achieve revenue and profit targets and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Represent the restaurant in the local community and industry events, networking with stakeholders and participating in community outreach initiatives to enhance the restaurant's reputation and visibility.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in the restaurant industry, with a track record of success in driving business growth and achieving operational excellence.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower team members to deliver outstanding results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-focused mindset and a passion for hospitality and culinary excellence.
  • Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, financial management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment, making sound decisions and problem-solving with confidence.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
