The Role
Utilize expertise in roofing materials, labor costs, and market trends to prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates.
Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to understand the scope, materials, and labor requirements for commercial roofing projects.
Work closely with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing for materials and services.

Role Requirements
Previous experience estimating for Single-ply, and Steep Slope roofs.
5 years of relevant experience.
