Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience in Informatica Powercenter, Power Exchange, Data Quality, Snowflake, Unix, Hadoop, AWS, Scheduling tools
  • Strong understanding of ETL tools (5+ years ETL required), including Informatica
  • Well versed in SQL, DB2 and deep understanding of data warehouse architecture concepts
  • Deep understanding to Hadoop and Cloud based data platforms
  • Working experience with AWS services such as CloudFormation, S3, Glue, EMR/Spark, RDS, Redshift, DynamoDB, Lambda, Step Functions, IAM, etc
  • Proven experience as a lead developer or architect in data integration projects using Informatica, DB2 and Snowflake
  • Programming in a Linux/Unix environment, including shell scripting
  • Demonstrated experience and ability to work with business users to gather requirements and manage scope
  • Demonstrated experience and ability to deliver results quickly in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects
  • Proven ability to effectively manage their time and a desire to deliver results quickly and correctly
  • Strong trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills with a Logical and pragmatic attitude
  • Coordinate with onsite and offshore team for ongoing project delivery challenges
  • Responsible for End-to-End Service Delivery of business application
  • Team player with strong oral and interpersonal skills and able to lead a team of 8-12
  • Strong background of Workforce data


Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership in the design, development, and implementation of data integration solutions using Informatica, DB2 and Snowflake
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best practices and high-quality deliverables
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter for data integration workflows
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze data integration requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, efficient, and secure data integration solutions
  • Optimize data integration processes for performance, reliability, and scalability
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration and processing
  • Collaboration and Communication
  • Collaborate with other teams to integrate data solutions seamlessly into the existing technology landscape
