As the manager of the clinic's daily activities, the Clinic Manager upholds the utmost standard of patient care. This pivotal role in healthcare administration involves offering guidance and supervision to medical personnel, including physicians, nurses, and administrative staff, to ensure adherence to federal and state regulations. Moreover, the Manager spearheads strategic planning endeavors geared towards improving operational effectiveness and streamlining workflow processes. With over 30 exam rooms and 7 providers attending to an average of 15 patients per day, this clinic operates at a high volume.
The organization is in search of an experienced Healthcare Clinic Leader with over two years of clinical leadership background. The facility is seeking an individual dedicated to patient care and passionate about serving an under-served population. The services offered at this clinic span from pediatric to geriatric care, including follow-up from general surgery and obstetrics/gynecology.
