Scrum Master

Supports all phases of the system development and implementation process including analysis, design, development, testing and ongoing maintenance. Consults with IT and business area to provides short and long-term system solutions. Reviews system requirements and business processes; codes, tests, debugs and implements software solutions. Oversees various agile system projects of a highly complex nature. Responsible for assembling multiple project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of project. Familiar with the system scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, in order to effectively coordinate the activities across multiple teams. 3 years experience in facilitating the delivery of successful agile projects. Leads others to solve complex problems and takes a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions. May manage professional staff and or projects. Is accountable for the overall performance and results of the team project.
