The Senior Tech Lead assists the technical and architectural decisions for the team. This individual actively codes while looking for the opportunity to provide input as well as challenging the technical constraints and procedures to help the group achieve Agile design. A good tech lead provides guidance and problem-solving, while actively engaging with the team in finding solutions. The tech lead is keen to get involved and actively help the team solve the biggest problems. This individual is an executor and ensures success of delivered technical solutions in a specific context or team.

Specific Technical Skills Needed: MongoDB, Express, React, Node, Springboot, Java, AWS; where specified, FAST or Salesforce
