SUMMARY:

Manage the business development activities of the sales territory and key accounts, increasing territory volume and profit dollars year over year by filling the project pipeline with opportunities for a profitable business.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage account portfolio to ensure sustained profitable growth.
  • Present Robertet and its capabilities and solutions in a respectable, professional, and engaging manner with clients.
  • Build healthy rapport with:
    • Robertet service, support, and management functions
    • Key decision makers at all levels and functions within your assigned territory and key accounts
  • Develop, present, and execute territory and key account strategies.
  • Identify customer needs, initiate projects, collaborate with the solutions development team, and deliver solutions.
  • Report on key customer activities and project pipeline prioritization with your manager and cross-functional team.
  • Represent the customer within Robertet in a clear, fact-based, and unbiased manner.
  • Facilitate international and cross-divisional initiatives when warranted.
  • Price decisions and negotiate annual contracts.
  • Communicate business fluctuations effectively with the direct manager and Planning Team.
  • Manage business travel and entertainment expenses and reporting of said expenses.
  • Lead the presentation of territory/account reviews and updates.
  • Travel as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:
  • B.S. Degree in Business or Technical
  • 5-10 years of successful commercial experience

Preferred:
  • Advanced Degree in Business or Technical

WORK ENVIRONEMNT:
  • It is remotely located.
  • Domestic travel is required.
