POSITION OVERVIEW
The Product Manager plays a pivotal role in collaborating with the RVL marketing and professional sales channel teams to drive the strategy, development, and management of our consumer technology products (healthcare platforms and consumer websites). This position partners with internal stakeholders and external development teams to develop a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company goals and market opportunities. This includes defining the product roadmap, prioritizing features, and setting goals for product development and growth.

The Company is currently commercializing UPNEEQ (oxymetazoline hydrocholoride ophthalmic solution, 0.1%), for the treatment of acquired blepharoptosis, or low-lying eyelid, in adults. UPNEEQ is the first non-surgical treatment option approved by the FDA for acquired blepharoptosis.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop comprehensive product strategies aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Lead the creation of product roadmaps that prioritize features, enhancements, and releases based on user feedback, data analysis, and tech/ecommerce trends.
- Facilitate communication and alignment across different departments, including design, development, marketing, finance, and sales to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives.
- Gather and translate customer needs into actionable features and user stories to guide product development.
- Manage external development teams to ensure timely delivery of consumer tech products.
- Define product specifications, provide feedback on prototypes, and resolve technical issues to meet quality standards.
- Oversee the launch of new product features and updates, coordinating release schedules, and managing the rollout process to ensure successful product launches, including change control processes.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of the product and analyze metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Continuously monitor product performance, user engagement, and market trends to make data-driven decisions.
- Embrace an iterative approach to product development by continuously refining and improving the product based on feedback and market insights.
- Conduct post-launch reviews, A/B testing, and iteration planning to optimize product performance and user satisfaction.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the consumer tech or ecommerce industry.
- Proven experience leading product lifecycle and development initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of consumer, e-commerce, and technology trends, and the ability to translate this knowledge into actionable product roadmaps.
- Experience translating process goals into specific sub-processes and communicating these to stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience with agile development on SaaS products with frequent releases.
- Experience in the pharmaceuticals, health, or wellness industry a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 25%, including approximately 6 trips to the Company's NJ headquarters if not based in NJ.
