REQUIRED SKILLS
Bachelors in Business Administration, Information Science, or similar field.
Demonstrated experience in a business or executive support role.
Demonstrated experience with efficient productivity.
Demonstrated experience as an effective process manager.
Demonstrated experience with success in a project coordination role.
Demonstrated experience with project reporting skills with a focus on inter-departmental communication.
Demonstrated experience with Oracle Primavera tool to perform tasks such as administration of resources, setting up charge codes, reporting, managing resources, and delegation of approvals.

DESIRED SKILLS
Demonstrated experience with the Sponsor's entire onboarding process, to include account setup, coordinating security briefings, security checks, desk and location setup, and assignment to a team.
Demonstrated experience being data-driven, clear-minded, and objective under pressure.
Demonstrated experience as a superb communicator.
