We are seeking an innovative and dedicated Sales Engineer to join our growing team.
Monitor and manage data entry for lead generation processes
Oversee and deliver reporting on sales pipeline and lead status
Manage email workflow for new client onboarding, and create follow up schedules
Maintain consistent check-ins with clients through project completion
Communicate client requests internally to ensure timely responses for meeting requests and EarthCam University class applications
Capture and document positive client feedback, and request permissions for marketing and PR use
Maintain weekly reporting for clients who use third-party software integration
Track positive and negative product feedback and escalate relevant issues to product management team
Requirements

Able to work independently and see tasks through to completion
Comfortable working as part of a team
A good communicator - both verbally and in writing.
Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and organized
A problem solver
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems, Technology is preferred
Experience in sales and the technology field
Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills
The ability to relate technical information to nontechnical customers
Excellent technical and problem-solving skills
