About this role:

Responsible for the analysis, management, and improvements to USAlliance Financial IT network infrastructure that includes corporate and remote sites. Advanced knowledge and skills to install, configure, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls. Analyze and troubleshoot routing protocols, complex hardware, and software configurations.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide network support and troubleshooting network communications problems including router, switches, and firewall issues.
  • Assist with risk management security and compliance initiatives for certificate encryption services.
  • Analyze critical system network services that support ongoing IT LAN/WAN network infrastructure initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain Cisco Unified Communications Manager (Call Manager), Unity, CIMP, and Expressway.
  • Perform upgrades on network devices on a regular basis for security compliance.
  • Familiar with routing protocols such as EIGRP and BGP.
  • Provide system integration and VPN network support services including IPsec tunnels.
  • Provide support and assistance with ongoing Disaster Recovery projects.
  • Define project planning and network integration solutions to the IT Network infrastructure.
  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot on premise networks, provides documentation and network improvement designs.
  • Provide direction and improvements with telecommunications activities and point of contact for ISP related issues.
  • Offer level 3 support cases and backup for the user account management.
  • Provide day-to-day user support activities as needed.

Who you are:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (preferred) and/or a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in voice and data networking.
  • Experience in VoIP and collaboration technologies with Cisco or related vendors highly desirable.
  • Experience in a relevant industry (FinTech, Financial services) desired.
  • Assist teams on planned strategies, perform end-to-end integration solutions using defined system protocol standards.
  • Experience with Cisco switches, routers, and firewall configurations.
  • Experience with SolarWinds and network monitoring tools used to identify network related issues to resolution.
  • Define business objectives and schedules related to network implementations for end users and company stakeholders.
  • Commence capacity management and audit of IP network structure and hosted equipment within the IT infrastructure.
  • Network knowledge with VPN, DNS, IP, TCP, UDP, MAC addresses, IP packet traces, ACLs, routing tables, and Load Balancing.
  • Proficiency with configuring Cisco routers, switches, Cisco ASA, Palo Alto firewall and CSR network devices.
  • Network knowledge with IT security best practices and cybersecurity threat protection.
  • Experience with Azure Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) preferred.
  • Experience managing projects at the enterprise level that exhibits broad organizational impact and high corporate visibility.
  • Ability to maintain focus in high pressured situations.
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certifications preferred.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $105,000 annually exclusive of fringe benefits or potential incentives. This position is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus. If you are hired at USALLIANCE Federal Credit Union, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part is any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package.
