We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Software Quality Engineering Manager, to lead our Software Quality Assurance (QA) team. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our testing practices to ensure they meet the highest standards. This role requires a dynamic leader who can evaluate our current testing processes, drive automation initiatives, and enhance the overall quality of our product releases.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Software Quality Engineering Manager, to lead our Software Quality Assurance (QA) team. This role requires a dynamic leader who can evaluate our current testing processes, drive automation initiatives, and enhance the overall quality of our product releases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and enhance current testing practices to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Evaluate and optimize the use of automation tools and efforts to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Take full ownership of the software release process, ensuring all deliverables are of the highest quality.
- Develop strategies to elevate the existing testing procedures and implement improvements to our QA processes.
- Manage and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Conduct hands-on QA testing to gain a deep understanding of our business operations and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QA processes into all phases of the software development life cycle.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a management role within a QA or related field.
- Strong background in automation testing and familiarity with leading automation tools.
- Experience with AI tools for testing is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications in Quality Assurance, Project Management, or related areas.
