Come join our AMAZING Bellin Therapy Team! Bellin Health is looking for a highly engaged and driven physical therapist interested in a job with the opportunity to advance professionally.

- Our team of therapists provide care in the following areas:
- Outpatient orthopedics in both primary care and specialty clinics
- Outpatient neurological
- Outpatient pediatrics
- Hospitals
- Home health
- Employer clinics
This position has been created to cover staff in all settings and locations who have FMLA, PTO, etc. as our census continues to grow and our services continue to expand. Applicants should be willing to adapt to different working environments and enjoy company/patient/team variability.
We are committed to the professional development of all our therapists and work with each therapist on development of their individualized professional development track, which can include many of these opportunities:
- New hire mentoring (20-25 hours)
- Skills labs including mandatory paid labs
- Clinical mentoring in area of specialty
- Robust continuing education often completed at Bellin facilities
- 4-course EIM series within first year
- Specialization tracks
- Residency and certification programs in orthopedics, sports, geriatrics, pediatrics, and pelvic health
- Fellowship
- Career development opportunities include:
- Leadership

- Teaching in partnership with Bellin College
