Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee the execution of operational plans, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead project execution activities, monitor project progress against the plan, track milestones, and manage changes.
- Address issues, risks, and conflicts proactively, identifying solutions and escalating as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external parties to ensure alignment and timeliness of deliverables
- Create and maintain project documents and ensure regular, clear, and consistent communication
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Support setting clear goals and expectations for team members, and conduct regular evaluations to assess individual and team performance.

Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role, with a track record of successful operational management and business development.
- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to develop and manage budgets, analyze financial data, and make informed decisions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving innovation and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in business software and tools, including Microsoft Office suite, project management software, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
