The Functional Intelligence and Defense Analysis Staff Officer will work as a contractor to support the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security Sensitive Activities & Special Programs (SASP).

Job Responsibilities and/or Success Factors
- Assist leadership in the conduct of oversight and governance, to include staff assistance visits and compliance inspections, for functional intelligence support (SIGINT, MAS INT, GEO INT, OSI NT).
- Prepare briefings, talking points and recommended positions for meetings.
- Develop and coordinate staff packages that include time-sensitive requirements for leadership to enable functional intelligence support (SIGINT, MASI NT, GEO INT, OS INT).
- Produce and disseminate reports and briefings that detail functional intelligence support (SIGINT, MASINT, GEOINT, OSINT) activities and investments for Congress and Senior Executive Branch officials.
Education and Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a US Citizen with an active TS/SCI Clearance.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 10 years of experience with policy development or policy analysis work within the Department of Defense. Relevant fields could include assessments, operational requirements and risk, or operational planning.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience of policy development or Staff Officer oversight related to MAS INT, SIGINT or GEOINT OR Minimum of 3 years of experience policy development or oversight of electronic warfare or cyberspace operations.
