ELLKAY is looking for a talented, goal-oriented candidate to join our team to help us continue the significant growth and exceptional service we provide to our payer customers.

The Director of Strategic Partnerships will be responsible for building relationships and develop business in the Payor Segment for ELLKAY's Healthcare Interoperability Solutions and LKOpera Platform. The ideal candidate will be an experienced business development leader with well-established relationships within the healthcare industry, including health plans and other healthcare payer organizations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships and become a trusted resource with the ability to influence
  • Maintain a strategic partner focus to identify and lead the delivery of appropriate healthcare data solutions through the analysis of client needs
  • Manage a focused sales plan aligned with strategic growth initiatives
  • Execute a full life-cycle sales process, including prospecting, presenting, and closing
  • Attend industry events

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a business development/partnerships role
  • Experience collaborating with and delivering results for health plans and healthcare payers
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; demonstrated ability to interact effectively with senior-level and C-level leaders
  • Dedicated to follow-through and results
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills are required
  • Ability to understand client needs and communicate complex solutions in a clear and articulate manner
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced sales environment where responsibility for individual performance and a team approach are valued
  • Health care business knowledge, particularly related to value-based care and health care quality and risk management
  • Preferably, technical competencies and knowledge relating to the evaluation of health care data and analytics
