The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV. The estimated salary range for this role based on the qualifications set forth in the job description is between $157,768 to $256,000 per Year. This role will also be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, and benefits. The range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description; however, we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be more or less experienced than this job description as posted.
What You'll Do:
- Lead projects and manage activities of two or more teams.
- Exercise supervision in terms of costs, methods, and staffing.
- Establish operational objectives and work plans and delegates assignments to subordinates.
- Establish and assure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.
- Supervise a team of 4 Software and Front-End Engineers; mentor team members (IC and TL) to improve their skill sets and independence.
- Research new technologies to stay abreast of industry trends and standards.
- Debug and triage critical systems as needed. Interact with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions, and / or customers.
- Communicates timeline, scope and technical concerns to all the stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other managers in the company to understand various system changes being undertaken and use that knowledge to analyze their impact on the team's deliverables.
- Work on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
- Implement strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
- Work with other leads to come up with hiring strategy for the team.
- Participate in developing, modifying, and executing company policies that affect immediate operations that may have company-wide effect.
- May telecommute.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a Computer Engineering-related occupation
