Description:
Pet+ER in Columbia, MD is looking to add 1 to 2 more Emergency Veterinarian Mentees to our team! We offer a tailored mentorship program that lasts about 6 to 9 months, based on individual progress and mastery, and is tied to a full-time Emergency Associate position following training.
The ideal candidate is a finishing fourth-year DVM student, recent graduate, or an experienced veterinarian looking to make the shift from general practice or urgent care. If you have dreamed of starting a career in emergency medicine but don't want to go the internship route, this is for you!

About the program
Our training program is part of Ethos Veterinary Health's ER Immerse (ERi) mentorship program, which utilizes a mixture of clinical, hands-on training; digital lectures; didactic rounds; and one on one mentorship guidance. Our program focuses on receiving, ICU/ inpatient care, surgery, ultrasound and more to provide you with a strong foundation for long-term success in a busy emergency veterinarian career.

Access to recorded lectures, trainings, and online materials through VetBloom
