Morlen Health is currently seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Child Psychiatrists to join the team at the Kaiser Mt. Scott Medical Center in Portland, Oregon. This is a permanent position.
The teams uses a combination of face-to-face care and the latest virtual modalities to provide evidence-based, psychiatric treatments, including primary care consults, crisis interventions and medication consultation. Our psychiatrists provide a combination of onsite and virtual care. As aChild Psychiatrist, you will care for patients ranging in age from 6 to 21 years old, but primarily under 18.
In your role as a Child Psychiatrist, you must have experience with digital technologies (examples include telehealth and/or digital health). You will need to demonstrate both flexibility and adaptability to incorporate these into your practice. A comfort level with concurrent documentation is also needed for this role.
50% telepsychiatry / 50% Clinic
Salary range: $308,000- $338,500
Additional Lifestyle $22,100 annual bonus This is paid bi-weekly from hire start date onwards throughout the year and ongoing
Sign-on bonus - up to $50,000
Student Loan Assistance Program - up to $125,000
Relocation Allowance
Option of a 4 day week at a 0,9 FTE
