KBC Advisors is seeking a Transaction Manager to join our team in Atlanta! As a Transaction Manager, you will manage complex real estate transaction activities for KBC's clients in the Southeast region. Working with market resources and other stakeholders, this position is responsible for leading our team and tenant rep clients through the execution of lease negotiations, site acquisitions and more.

As a Transaction Manager at KBC, you will work with market leadership and local team to provide clients with excellent customer service to find the space that best suits their needs. The individual in this position will manage industrial real estate transactions through property analysis, due diligence coordination and research.

A Real Estate License is required for this role. This is an in-office position in our Atlanta, Georgia office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Implement real estate initiatives with an understanding of clients' strategic goals. Define project goals and prioritize assignments while adhering to client deadlines.
Act as tenant/buyer agent; understand and negotiate terms for a wide variety of industrial real estate products in key markets across the Southeast on behalf of one of our top clients, with a portfolio that spans the entire US.
Use internal and external resources to execute transactions. Coordinate local broker selection, monitor other required resources and utilize internal subject matter experts within KBC.
Partner with the platform and account teams to review and leverage market/business data within company database. Ensure records and project tracking systems are kept current.
Compile client tour packages and conduct well-researched and informed building tours with clients.
Partner with account team to prepare client documentation, offers, reports and other materials as needed.
Perform complex ad hoc projects, as requested by leadership.

Qualifications:
Requires knowledge of industrial real estate and / or institutional commercial real estate experience, and a high capacity for independent decision making and initiative.
Exceptional organizational skills, ability to organize/prioritize departmental projects, and demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate within and between departments.
Team player who enjoys working across multiple teams, partnering with senior leadership, and providing guidance and a collaborative approach to working with junior team members.
Ability to exercise judgment and discretion and to cope with shifting priorities, difficult situations and deadlines.
Detail oriented and strong communicator that can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Aptitude to solve problems and navigate through obstacles.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years applicable industry experience, or a similar combination of education and experience.

Certificates and Licenses:

Real Estate salesperson license required.
