We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Architect to join our dynamic team. The IAM Architect will be responsible for designing, architecting, and integrating comprehensive IAM solutions that enhance security, streamline access control processes, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

The IAM Architect will be responsible for designing, architecting, and integrating comprehensive IAM solutions that enhance security, streamline access control processes, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of IAM solutions, including the development of detailed IAM architectures and frameworks that align with business requirements and security policies.
- Integration: Oversee the integration of IAM solutions with existing systems and applications, ensuring seamless interoperability and functionality.
- Implementation: Implement IAM solutions using industry-leading technologies such as Okta, SailPoint, Microsoft Azure Active Directory, and others.
- Identity Governance: Develop and implement identity governance frameworks, including role-based access control (RBAC), access certification, and segregation of duties.
- Security Controls: Design and implement robust security controls to protect against unauthorized access and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Policy Development: Develop and enforce IAM policies, standards, and procedures to ensure consistent and effective identity management practices.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and security personnel to understand requirements, identify risks, and develop IAM strategies.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for IAM solutions, addressing issues promptly and effectively.
- Training and Mentoring: Train and mentor junior IAM team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance the overall capability of the team.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IAM architectures, processes, and solutions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in IAM, with a strong background in designing, architecting, and integrating IAM solutions.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CISSP, Okta Certified Professional, SailPoint IdentityIQ, or Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate are highly desirable.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in IAM technologies such as Okta, SailPoint, Microsoft Azure Active Directory, CA Identity Suite, Oracle Identity Suite, etc.
- Strong knowledge of identity governance, RBAC, SSO, MFA, and adaptive authentication.
- Experience with directory services (LDAP, Active Directory), SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect.
- Familiarity with security standards and regulations (e.g., FISMA, NIST, GDPR).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Tcl, Perl, Shell) and development frameworks.
