SIMCOM is currently seeking a qualified candidate as a Suject Matter Expert for the CJ4 program.
The primary role of a SIMCOM Subject Matter Expert (SME) is to assist the courseware development team in designing, developing, and implementing new and existing aircraft training content. The SME will be responsible to elevate the training program up through initial cadre designation.
Duties and responsibilities:
Content and quality of courseware and training supplements Coordinate with courseware development team for lesson planning, courseware content, and accuracy. Ensure that courseware is updated as needed to reflect updates to OEM manuals. Serve as functional check pilot (or provide a designated alternate) to sign off any flight characteristics related discrepancies.

Education & Experience:
- Time in aircraft type desirable.
- Previous Instructor TCE, check airman desirable.
- Meet Part 135 requirements.
- ATP preferred or Commercial with CFII.
- Successful candidate will hold an above average knowledge of: Applicable Regulations, Flight Operations Manuals, Operations Specifications, Crewmember Standard Operating Procedures, Aircraft Systems, Aircraft Performance, and Company Policies and Procedures.
