Responsible for reporting, forecasting, and budgeting for Intacct BU (cGBP500m of revenue growing at >20%) and providing strategic financial advice to support decision-making and achieve financial targets. This role involves building strong commercial relationships with senior stakeholders across Sales & Marketing, Product, and Central Functions to drive and monitor business performance for maximum growth. It is a key leadership role within North America Commercial Finance and Sage Finance, requiring strong leadership skills and significant team management.

In your day-to-day activities, you will be a trusted and influential business partner, building strong relationships with leaders in Go-To-Market, Product, and central functions.
- You will maintain robust financial controls and discipline across the Business Unit, collaborating with other finance functions to ensure accurate reporting. Your role will involve actively producing forecasts and budgets for the Intacct Business Unit, contributing to strategic discussions and leading on financial issues.
- You will continually challenge leadership on managing costs and optimizing resource allocation, while providing high-quality financial analysis and insights to aid commercial decision-making. Bringing clarity to the Go-To-Market function regarding the financial framework, you will support investment decisions by building robust business cases.
- Additionally, you will manage a team of three Finance Business Partners (Senior Managers) and two Senior Analysts, guiding and coaching them to perform at their best. As a leader, you will drive an innovative mindset across the finance team, focusing on simplifying and automating processes and solving problems effectively.
