(We are supporting our client, Paraform, in their search for a Founding GTM to work on-site in their office in San Francisco, CA).
We are looking for our first GTM generalist operator to join our team at Paraform!

We raised funding from world-class investors like the co-founders of Twitch, Doordash, Eventbrite, leadership at Palantir, Opendoor, Scale AI and VCs like A* Capital, Founders Inc., Soma Capital, and Primer Sazze Partners.
We power talent for customers like Character AI and Eight Sleep and very quickly became an industry-leading recruiting platform for some of the best recruiters in the US.
We're growing fast (10x revenue from last year) and feel a strong tailwind behind us
The JobYou will be a pivotal player in our team working on primarily building our growth engine by executing/scaling GTM strategies. This will be a truly generalist growth role working across business development, sales, marketing, content, revenue ops and much more. We're excited to hyper-scale Paraform's recruiter marketplace with you.
Role responsibilities Run and scale our existing GTM strategies;
Own (execute, measure, grow, and manage) existing outbound sales motion, SEO, organic social, referrals etc;
Take sales calls and close customers - it's actually completely OK even if you've never done a sales call before. This will be split between you and one of the co-founders (John) where you will primarily focus on customers in our existing/proven verticals;
Work with our contract SDRs on weekly prospecting of new leads;
Work with our writers to output exceptional written content for blog, organic social, and SEO;
Work with co-founder (John) to come up with new GTM strategies, quickly execute/experiment, and double down on ones that work;
Be the primary operator on building Paraform's growth engine.
