Mental Health Director - Adult LTSR

Summary of the Position: The LTSR Program (Long Term Structured Residence Program) services adults. The Program Director provides oversight to all aspects of the LTSR Program and the adult clients within the program. This includes budget development and management, staff supervision and management, oversight of therapeutic milieu, oversight of all staff training requirements, review of admission materials and aftercare referrals and ongoing communication and collaboration with various referring counties. Must have a Master's degree in a clinical discipline and two years mental health clinical experience, and must be registered, licensed, or certified to practice as governed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Must have at least three years of experience working with adults with mental illness, in a psychiatric setting with administrative experience preferred.
