NexThreat is seeking a Senior Functional Analyst to work amongst a Software Engineering team to deliver Enterprise Knowledge Management (EKM) web- and portal-based software solutions (applications, dashboards, databases, libraries) for a DOD command.

Requirements:

-Ten (10) or more years of documented experience

-Knowledge of the capabilities and functionality associated with various technologies for organizing and managing information

-Knowledge of organizational process improvement concepts and process maturity models

-Skill in conducting capabilities and requirements analysis

-Skill in interfacing with customers in order to effectively gather project requirements

-Skill in critical thinking to analyze organizational patterns

-Skill in performing needs analysis to determine opportunities for new and improved business process solutions

-Skill in coordinating and managing the overall service provided to a customer end-to-end

-Ability to create business process maps and workflow visualization tools

-Ability to dissect a problem and examine the interrelationships between data that may appear unrelated

-Ability to assess and prioritize backlog requirements

-Ability to function effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Six Sigma Black Belt or AgileCertified Practitioner (ACP)
