Find, write, facilitate, and/or submit grant applications on behalf of the district at the federal, state, or local levels.
Ensure compliance for Inservice training for all Title 1 Teachers and other employees in instructional techniques.
Ensure purchase requisitions for supplies and equipment funded under all grants meet grant requirements.
Ensure parent advisory council meetings are held in regard to federal guidelines and regulations.
Develop and monitor annual project applications and evaluate the preceding year's results.
Coordinate the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the District's comprehensive program of Title 1 and other federal grants.
Administer the District's Title II and Title IV programs, and other federal and state grants.
Maintain a close working relationship with school administrators to ensure collaboration,
coordination of efforts, and general support for the decision-making process.
Serve as a resource to district administration on program implementation strategies.
Prepare all required reports and maintain all appropriate records for grant compliance and audit.
Supervise and evaluate all employees in the Grant Management Department.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor.

Required qualifications, skills and experience

Bachelor's degree required with a major in business, education, or related field. Preferred Master's Degree with certification in Educational Leadership, Supervision and Administration, Master of Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of five (5) years administrative experience in federal grants management, budget coordination, educational leadership, or similar field.
