Summary:
Yorktown Systems Group is seeking a highly qualified SBCT Logistics, Sustainment and Safety Integration Analyst to provide professional services to execute, operate and maintain, and assist in the integration of Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership, Personnel and Facilities (DOTMLPF) improvements into SBCT formations in support of the U.S. Army TRADOC Capability Manager for Stryker Brigade Combat Team (TCM SBCT). TCM SBCT is TRADOC's DOTMLPF integrator for SBCT formations. This mission requires intensive interaction with these units, operating force Major Commands, acquisition communities and TRADOC Centers of Excellence. ACM SBT requires support of five key areas: 1) SBCT Training Management and Leader Development; 2) SBCT Logistics Sustainment and Safety Integration; 3) SBCT Network and Mission Command Integration; 4) TCM SBCT Information Technology and Security Requirements Services; and 5) SBCT Force Design Update/Operational and Organizational Concept/Future Capabilities Workbook (FCW)/Stryker Brigade Combat Team Doctrine.

Specific duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Serve as the TCM SBCT SME for designated safety, health hazard, MANPRINT, and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) related materiel requirements for the SBCT formation.
- Serve as the Principal Maintenance Advisor to the Program Management Office (PMO) governing SBCT systems.
- Assist in development of the integrated logistics support (ILS) requirements for the SBCTs wide variety of major weapon systems supporting the Active Army, Army National Guard, and/or US Army Reserve formations.
- Provide technical services to the PM and TCM in all facets of SBCT weapon systems materiel fielding and sustainment.
- Provide SBCT formation RESET and sustainment information, analyses, and recommendations to the TCM SBCT, the user community, doctrine, training and combat development directorates, the United States Army Armor School, the United States Army Infantry School, the Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE), the Sustainment Center of Excellence (SCOE), other TRADOC Centers of Excellence (as needed), HQDA staff, and related materiel development agencies.
- Monitor and maintain documentation regarding SBCT weapon and other systems logistic data, ensure all the SBCT formation technical manuals within the TCM SBCT office are current and accurate, and review all logistical doctrine produced by the Sustainment Center of Excellence within the recommended suspense timeline.
- Provide SBCT systems and vehicle information, analyses and recommendations to TCM SBCT, other TCMs, the user community, the United States Army Maneuver Center of Excellence, Fires Center of Excellence, Maneuver Support Center of Excellence, Sustainment Center of Excellence, TRADOC, HQDA staff and related material development agencies relating to the SBCT formation.
- Facilitate interviews during assigned CTC rotations, unit visits, and post combat surveys.
- Monitor and collect information during SBCT formation CTC rotations.
- Review all SBCT weapon system and other platform (current and future) Initial Capabilities Document (ICD), Capabilities Development Document (CDD), and Capabilities Production Document (CPD) ensuing the documents capture current and future maintenance and logistical requirements.
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Possess Secret Clearance
- Strong computer skills (MS Office-Word, Excel, Power Point)
- A minimum of nine (9) years' experience assigned to, or supporting BCT Logistics, Sustainment and Safety programs while conducting DA operational training or deployment, and a minimum of three (3) years' experience serving in a CASCOM/TRADOC organization conducting DOTMLPF development and integration for Logistics, Sustainment and Safety programs as a Soldier, DA Civilian or Defense Contractor.
- Must be able to obtain Capability Developer 1 Qualification within a year of hire.
- Working knowledge of the following:
- TRADOC Regulation 10-5, Organization and Functions
- TRADOC Regulation 71-12, Capability Management
- Army concepts, including TRADOC 525-3-0 Army Capstone Concept and TRADOC 525-3-1, Army Operating Concept
- Army's doctrinal and combat development processes
- Army acquisition and program management system
- SBCT missions, organizations, and operations
