Overview
Nelson Mullins is seeking two Data Privacy & Cybersecurity Associates to join its Healthcare group in Macon, GA and Jackson, MS. This is an opportunity for mid-level associates to join an expanding and fast-paced practice in a dynamic and growing law firm.
A Day in the Life
You will be joining a highly skilled, friendly, collegial, and professional team of attorneys who have substantial experience practicing in the healthcare area.

We Know You
You have at least three years of meaningful experience in the areas of data protection, privacy, and cybersecurity at a mid-size or large law firm. You're prepared to draft and argue discovery and other motions, take and defend depositions, manage document productions, and bring an entrepreneurial spirit to a fast-paced team. You possess exceptional oral and written advocacy skills with strong academic credentials. You are adept in case management and ready to take the lead. You are admitted to and in good standing with either the State Bar of Georgia or the Mississippi Bar.
