McNees Wallace & Nurick is seeking a Family Law Attorneyto join our Family Law Group in either our Harrisburg or Lancaster office. Desired Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and licensure in PA
- 5-10 years of relevant family law experience including experience managing legal issues related to divorce, child support, custody and spousal support matters
- Litigation experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in handling sensitive family matters with discretion and integrity
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
