Job Description

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Coordinate, monitor, and manages Stanley Market Location (Rosenberg's & Famous Js)
• Collaborates with BTRG Leadership including, COO, and Culinary Director in order to develop and implement SOPs, marketing, financial, and facility operations
• Initiate staff recruitment, scheduling, and evaluations
• Responsible for all staffings needs for the entire property, authority to hire and fire employees (10+ full time employees)
• Supervise, mentor and train management from each location (10+ full time employees)
• Communicates all personnel issues to BTRG management in a timely manner
• Plan and support marketing and sales activities
• Creates sales plans to boost sales and identify new opportunities for sales and profitability
• Maintains accurate inventory and par levels across the locations
• Financially manages all aspects of operations including COGs, maintenance and staffing
• Handles customer concerns and complaints
• Follows all operational procedures including, but not limited to cash handling and operational SOP's, and safety protocols

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2+ years restaurant management experience
• Strong leadership skills
• Basic Knowledge of Excel/Google Docs/Word
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Collaborate with team members

Preferences:

• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to work weekends

Job Type:
