Overview

Exciting opportunity for a per diem, experienced, Board Certified Pediatric Intensivist to join an outstanding team in Nashville, TN!

Responsibilities

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified Pediatric Intensivist to be part of the team at our respected Nashville practice.
  • Based at Tri Star Centennial Hospital in Nashville, TN
  • Average of 300-400 admissions annually
  • Some procedural sedation provided in the PICU
  • In-house coverage working an average of 7.5 shifts a month
  • 24/7 in-house coverage also provided by Pediatric EM and Pediatric Hospitalists
  • Responsibilities include admissions, management of patients in the PICU, consultations with families and referring physician
  • Wide range of Pediatric sub-specialty support available including: Neurology, Cardiology, GI, ID, Hem/Onc, and Surgery.
  • Selective support from Adult Ortho , ENT and Neurosurgery
  • Highly experienced and sustainable practice


Qualifications

  • Board Certified in Pediatric Critical Care with recent experience required
  • TN license or active IMLC required
