General Manager

Responsibilities:

• Understand and embody the company brand, ensuring that all operations align with brand values and objectives.
• Implement lean management principles to optimize operations efficiency and effectiveness.
• Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, consistently seeking opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the workforce, motivating them to achieve their full potential.
• Oversee sales and marketing strategies, driving revenue growth and brand visibility.
• Manage the Profit and Loss (P&L) statement, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.
• Utilize F&B background to enhance guest dining experiences and drive revenue in this area.
• Understand Caribbean dynamics and tailor strategies accordingly to meet the unique needs of the market.
• Embrace and contribute to the vision of transforming the island into a premier tourism destination.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a General Manager or Regional Manager, with a demonstrated track record of success.
• Remote work experience preferred.
• Strong sales and marketing background, with the ability to drive revenue growth.
• Deep understanding of P&L management and financial analysis.
• Familiarity with lean management principles and their application in operations.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, hunger for success, and agility in decision-making.
