As a Manager, Business Technology Delivery you will be responsible for all aspects of initial project planning including identifying project attributes, stakeholder analysis, communications plans, ongoing project metrics and measurement reporting.
Skills and experiences
- The position requires at least a bachelor's degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Information Technology, or closely related field, plus at least five (5) years of experience as a Manager, Product Delivery, or in a similar role in a technology or IT consulting environment.
- **Alternatively, in lieu of a bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience, the employer will accept no degree and at least seven (7) years of experience as a Manager, Product Delivery, or in a similar role in a technology or IT consulting environment.
- A qualified applicant's experience must include:
- 5 years of experience supporting the development and management of a BA analysis effort
- 3 years of experience leading onshore/offshore project teams of 2-15 people for short-term and long-term engagements
- 5 years of experience communicating and presenting information to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- 3 years of experience identifying and implementing metrics to measure progress against goals
- 3 years of experience creating, proposing, and executing project plans
- 3 years of experience using Agile Methodology.

What you'll do
You will:
- Be responsible for sub-team delivery and quality-based performance of task plans and their approval
- Ensure maintenance of and/or completion of requirements packages and associated approvals and change controls
- Own the process of risk identification, mitigation, impact analysis, and prepare reporting regarding the same for approval
- Ensure stakeholder identification procedures are followed and resulting documentation is comprehensive
- Ensure elicited content is comprehensive and accurately documented against business requirements and scope
- Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure requirements are consumable before gathering signoff from all work streams on the project
- Take responsibility for delivery of requirements validation and resolution of outstanding issues
- Own requirements approval and communication processes
- Own stakeholder engagement including proactive and reactive conflict resolution and communication on the content of requirements
- Own requirements traceability and structuring capability, ensuring thoroughness for use across subsequent project requirements
- Manage requirements reuse and monitor usage of the same to ensure they are stored and maintained properly
- Lead individual and/or small team efforts to complete requirements engineering documentation, ensuring quality and accuracy requirements package deliverables
- Formalize and quantify project opportunities for improvement, communicating the same to senior resources for enterprise analysis and pre-sales engagement
- Be responsible for organizational structure strategic development and process re-engineering assessment with senior customer stakeholders to define the business domain which surrounds the described business needs
- Manage work effort and subsequent impacts from structures, cultures, and other factors, and manage the translation of impacts of the work to be accomplished
- Possess an advanced understanding of assessing, proposing, and recommending possible solution approaches through QA/Test
- Transfer functional requirements to development and test team members
- Test execution of delivered requirements; provide coaching for direct reports and guide them in doing the same for their team members
- Help grow the BA Practice
