United Merchant Services Inc. (dba bluu) is currently seeking a full time Partner Business Manager for our headquarter in Hackensack, NJ.

Partner Business Manager

Responsible for developing and managing channel business to maximize sales.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners within assigned territory or market.
• Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue.
• Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals.
• Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness.
• Evaluate partner sales performance and find out the solution to increase sales
• Lead, motivate and counsel channel partners to exceed expected sales
• Educate partners about product portfolio and complimentary services offered.
• Address partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner.
• Timely and accurate management of your pipeline/forecast and identify new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a professional relationship with channel partners, and mediate requested service as necessary

Skills

• Self-motivated, takes initiative, ability to work with minimal direction with ability to multi-task
• Excellent organizational & communication skills (written & verbal)
• Strong problem solving / Conflict management skills
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint) required

Experience

• 5+ years of marketing and sales experience
