Job Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Future Talent RecruitmentCreate multichannel future talent recruitment campaigns to attract large numbers of high-quality candidates; develop messaging that is tuned to values and aspirations of graduates/school leavers and is consistent with the employer brand and value proposition; identify relevant career fairs and cost-efficient media, social media, or other channels.
- Strategic Workforce Planning
Design and deliver complex analyses of external and internal information and analyses of complex resourcing scenarios to support the development of key strategic insights and the strategic workforce plan. - Transformational Change ManagementManage workstreams or small projects within a transformational change program, ensuring integration with related projects; use structured change management methodologies to build acceptance of change and embed desired culture and behaviors.
- Organizational DesignDeliver specialist research and analysis to support evaluation of the current-state organization, development and evaluation of future-state organizational design propositions, and identification of the costs and business benefits of change.
- HR Data Analytics and InsightsDeliver complex analyses of HR data; identify key trends and contribute to the creation of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee engagement, and/or improvement of business performance.
- Leadership and DirectionCommunicate the local action plan; explain how this relates to the function's strategy and action plan and to the broader organization&'s mission and vision; motivate people to achieve local business goals.
- Performance ManagementDevelop and propose own performance objectives; take appropriate actions to ensure achievement of agreed objectives, using the organization's performance management systems to improve personal performance. Or manage and report on team performance; set appropriate performance objectives for direct reports or project/account team members and hold people accountable for achieving them, taking appropriate corrective action where necessary to ensure the achievement of team/personal objectives.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2 to 4 years experience of directly managing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes
- 3 to 6 years experience within the recruiting field
- Over 2 years experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in staffing and recruitment
- Experience with the following software and procedures:
- Google Suite
- Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Performance Management
- Reporting and Data Analytics
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Experience in designing structure and implementing career development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated and able to adapt to change
- Positive and Professional Attitude
