The Opportunity
As the Director of Revenue Cycle at ConvenientMD, you will lead and manage all operational, financial, and personnel activities within the Revenue Cycle, including provider enrollment, claims, payments, insurance reimbursement, and self-pay management. You will ensure that our goals and objectives are met and aligned with our strategic vision. Reporting to the SVP of RCM, you will collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization.

The Opportunity
As the Director of Revenue Cycle at ConvenientMD, you will lead and manage all operational, financial, and personnel activities within the Revenue Cycle, including provider enrollment, claims, payments, insurance reimbursement, and self-pay management. You will ensure that our goals and objectives are met and aligned with our strategic vision. Reporting to the SVP of RCM, you will collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization.
Your Impact
- Lead and Develop Strategies: Interpret organizational changes and develop strategies to successfully implement them, ensuring they align with ConvenientMD's vision, mission, and values.
- Drive Operational Initiatives: Develop and manage initiatives with clear, measurable outcomes (KPIs) to enhance the Revenue Cycle.
- Collaborate and Formulate Goals: Work with stakeholders to set and achieve objectives, goals, and strategies, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
- Financial Management: Establish annual financial goals, analyze financial data, and make informed decisions about staffing and budgets to meet targets.
- Continuous Improvement: Engage staff and stakeholders in ongoing improvement efforts, utilizing data to identify problems and propose innovative solutions.
- Team Leadership: Direct and guide managers to allocate resources effectively, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Recruit and Retain Talent: Develop recruitment and retention strategies, select top talent, and support professional growth and job satisfaction for all team members.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and policy requirements.
- Communicate Effectively: Create systems to communicate information and data clearly and concisely across the organization.
Who You Are
- Proven experience in managing a Revenue Cycle or similar financial operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to analyze financial data and make strategic decisions.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in the field.
