Your Mission:
As the Senior Product Marketing Manager for the Healthcare industry at Sage (individual contributor role), your mission is to position Sage as the leading financial management solution for the healthcare sector, focusing primarily on Sage Intacct. You will lead the product marketing strategy for the medium-sized business segment and healthcare vertical in North America. As a thought leader, you will partner with marketing and GTM teams to define industry micro-verticals, create compelling value propositions, and equip sales teams with tools to drive revenue growth. You'll collaborate with Product teams to align on strategic direction and positioning, enhancing product/market fit and delivering on customer promises. A key part of your role will be defining the products and services for each vertical and healthcare sub-vertical.

Location: Hybrid; 2 days per week of in-office collaboration from our new Atlanta office (619 Ponce - early 2025)

Minimum Qualifications. Is this you?
5 years of product marketing experience with subject matter expertise in the Healthcare vertical industry.
You can provide examples of:
Utilizing your market research to define and develop positioning, value propositions, messaging, content, collateral, and sales enablement.
Your copywriting and storytelling abilities - using customer insights to develop compelling messaging that truly connects with our customers.
How you value collaborating with the sales and marketing teams and understand the importance of these partnerships in achieving business goals.
How you've managed through challenges to deliver business results.
Your ability to effectively partner cross-functionally and influence in a matrix environment.
Effective communication skills and your ability to present to executive leadership and various management levels. Comfortable speaking to large audiences.
Being a creative thinker with a history of generating and executing innovative marketing ideas, crafting compelling positioning, and producing thought leadership content. Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:
-Support Market Success: Support the commercial success of the healthcare vertical by developing the positioning, value proposition, messaging, pricing, tiering, packaging, and go-to-market strategies, focusing on understanding the market, meeting customer needs, and differentiating Sage's offerings.
Define and execute positioning, go-to-market messaging and plans, pricing, tiering, and naming.
Establish competitive pricing strategies based on thorough market analysis and value delivered to customers.
Regularly review and adjust the value proposition, pricing, and positioning based on customer feedback and market dynamics.

-Lead Thought Leadership and Content Strategy: Serve as a thought leader and vertical market expert in the healthcare vertical, developing effective messaging and content strategies tailored to this specific market.
Develop and refine the core messaging framework to articulate Sage's unique value proposition in the healthcare sector.
Create sales enablement materials and tools, such as pitch decks, product demos, and FAQs, to support the sales process.
Create and lead content plans across various formats and channels, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, videos, and webinars.

-Set Strategy and Achieve Growth Targets: Set the strategy for the healthcare vertical, including micro-verticals, to achieve growth targets.
Articulate a compelling revenue growth strategy for new and existing healthcare customers.
Collaborate with product development to align the product roadmap with healthcare-specific requirements.
