Description:

The Swift Group is looking for a Project Control Analyst who will undertake a multifaceted role, balancing responsibilities in approving funding for tenants, collaborating with government entities on AWS budget management, and overseeing expenditure and billing. While the focus lies more on customer interface, proficiency in pivot tables and Excel is paramount. Additionally, you will contribute to business analytics and technology advancements, working closely with an Agile team to develop digital solutions that support clients' missions, including those in national security.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and approve funding requests from tenants, ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to coordinate AWS budget allocations, providing necessary documentation and facilitating communication channels.
  • Monitor spending patterns, identifying any discrepancies or irregularities, and take proactive measures to address them.
  • Manage billing processes, verifying accuracy and resolving any billing inquiries or issues raised by tenants or internal stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing their queries, providing support, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the funding process.
  • Utilize Excel expertise to generate reports, analyze financial data, and present insights to internal stakeholders, contributing to informed decision-making processes.

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, particularly in pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis functions, is essential.
  • A strong aptitude for data analysis and problem-solving is beneficial for identifying trends and optimizing processes.
  • Capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to achieve common goals.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • BA/BS Degree.
  • US Citizenship and an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Prior experience or familiarity with government contracts and funding processes is advantageous.
  • Basic understanding of Amazon Web Services (AWS) or cloud computing concepts is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role or client services environment would be beneficial.
  • Eagerness to stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to funding management and financial analysis.
  • MA/MS Degree.
