As a leader of products for SeatGeek's security platform, you will be responsible for running initiatives for compliance, policy verification and enforcement, risk and vulnerability remediation and a company wide security awareness program.

What you'll do
The salary range for this role is $130,000-$220,000. Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.

What you'll do
- Manage and scale security engineering programs by defining product milestones, success criteria, resourcing and driving the execution.
- Drive initiatives among cross-functional teams to define product requirements, and establish product scope which includes defining the roadmap and long-term strategy of the teams that you are partnering with.
- Collaborate with leadership to build and drive the next generation of our customer protection roadmap.
- Proactively identify and drive organization's engineering and operational process optimization
- Collaborate cross-functional teams to facilitate remediation of control gaps.
- Assess and enforce security policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines to protect information assets and systems.
- Work cross-functionally, building synergy and influence with multiple departments within Trust and Safety, Public Policy, Communications, Core Product and other teams, globally.
- Orchestrate end to end delivery of key security products.
- Collaborate across global product, program and regional safety teams to make product, technical, and privacy decisions.
- 10+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class security focused products.
- Thoroughly experienced with Vulnerability Management and Cloud security controls.
- Data-driven with a proven track record of identifying product experience success measures while working with analytics teams/tools to track KPIs
- Experience establishing roadmaps and optimizing the ROI by making smart trade-off decisions.
- Experience influencing stakeholders in Product Management, Design, Engineering, and Marketing.
- Has a 'can do' attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, with a strong bias for action.
