Position: Intelligence Analyst
Required Security Clearance: TS/SCI + Subject to Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph

Location: Hawaii

Responsibilities
  • Must be capable of processing multi-discipline intelligence to generate fused production, indications & warning; and other threat analysis.
  • Must have the ability to work with cross-functional and joint teams to address capability assessments for operational and strategic problem sets.
  • Support complex collection and dissemination of multi-source intelligence related to political, economic, social, cultural, physical, geographic, scientific, and military conditions, trends, and forces.
  • Enable integrated intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance capabilities by collecting, processing, exploiting, and disseminating accurate and timely information.
  • Develop appropriate collection methods for complex multi-source intelligence requirements, considering the unique requirements of each intelligence domain.
  • Execute collection operations and projects within assigned geographical and functional areas of responsibility.
  • Collect tactical, operational, and strategic information across various intelligence disciplines, including GEOINT, SIGINT, MASINT, and HUMINT.
  • Identify gaps in intelligence collection and recommend corrective actions to address those gaps.
  • Translate information requirements into specific collection tasks.
  • Collaborate with planners and operators to achieve objectives through a broad range of intelligence domains.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience with some of the following intelligence types; HUMINT, MASINT, SIGINT, Geospatial intelligence, OSINT, TECHINT
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing threat information from multiple sources, disciplines, and agencies across the Intelligence Community; demonstrated experience synthesizing and placing intelligence information in context, drawing insights about the possible implications, and preparing reports for government customers.
  • At least 7 years of experience supporting the Department of Defense (DoD), including at least
    • five (5) years of experience in military operations;
    • at least three (3) years of experience working in military plans;
    • at least three (3) years of experience in a senior military staff office (Service HQ, Combatant Command, OSD, JS); knowledge of the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
  • Active TOP SECRET clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI)
  • Subject to Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph
  • U.S. Citizenship is required for this position
