Information Systems Security Manager
We are seeking a skilled & experienced Information Systems Security (Infosec) Manager to join us in scaling out modern and advanced approaches to cybersecurity. This role will expand & help lead our overall information security strategy, policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Redwood Materials' information systems and data assets.

Information Systems Security Manager
We are seeking a skilled & experienced Information Systems Security (Infosec) Manager to join us in scaling out modern and advanced approaches to cybersecurity. This role will expand & help lead our overall information security strategy, policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Redwood Materials' information systems and data assets.
Responsibilities will include:
- Conduct & report regular risk assessments, implement vulnerability management scans to identify, assess, and mitigate security threats and vulnerabilities.
- Develop, implement, and manage information security policies & procedures in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage security incidents and breaches, including investigation, containment, eradication, and recovery efforts.
- Communicate with business units to integrate security controls into processes and applications.
- Lead and coordinate security awareness training programs for employees to promote a culture of security awareness and compliance.
- Monitor and analyze security logs and alerts to detect and respond to security incidents.
- Maintain current knowledge with emerging threats, technologies, and best practices in information security and recommend methods for mitigation of threats.
- Collaborate with IT & OT teams on security-related matters, including system design & configuration, endpoint management, and best practices.
Desired Qualifications
- 7+ years in information security related roles.
- CISSP or equivalent certification.
- In-depth knowledge of information security principles, standards, and best practices (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls).
- Advanced knowledge of IDS/IPS, SSO & MFA, BEC Defense, and other security tools.
- Experience performing pen tests or other posture evaluation techniques.
- Advanced understanding of enterprise network architectures & technologies.
- Experience with security in hybrid cloud / on-prem environments.
- Experience managing physical security systems, such as Gallagher, Lenel, Milestone, Genetec, or others.
- Experience with Windows, Linux, MacOS and industrial systems.
- Proven leadership and project management skills with the ability to lead and execute security initiatives.
- Excellent attitude, team collaboration, communication, and self-motivation.
