Are you a driven candidate with solid financial experience? If so, we are looking for you! We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who will partner with our team. The role is located at our Kansas City, MO location. You will be responsible for providing quality products to our customers in a timely, cost-efficient manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and evaluate data in order to assist sales in the development, measurement and execution of:
Manage Customer Financial Return Metrics and KPIs
Help manage and maintain annual operating plan for rental group
Make Recommendations on Fleet allocation
Market Intelligence on current market pricing and positioning of rental fleet
Execution and Future Enhancements of Pricing Models
Drive transformation & adoption of new tools within the commercial organization
Ownership and presentation of KPI's that provide actionable insights across multiple time horizons
Serve as a challenge partner for commercial sales team using the Decision-Making Framework (DMF)
Seek and share knowledge, identify opportunities for improvements, challenge the status quo, propose solutions
Ad hoc analysis
Advance the Market-Based Management (MBM) culture by applying and reinforcing the company's Guiding Principle
Required Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications include:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field of study.
Finance, accounting, analytical, sales and/or data science experience in a business-to-business environment.
Transformation oriented; you proactively identify opportunities and develop practical alternatives that enable us to create the greatest value.
Microsoft Office Suite or Office 365; with an Intermediate or higher Excel skills (data analysis, reporting, charts, heatmaps, pivot tables, lookups, formula creation).
2-8 years of business experience preferably from consulting, investment banking, FP&A or Financial Analysis or similar occupation.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Experience in Analysis and Analytics
Advanced Skills in Microsoft Excel
Previous experience in strategy or consulting type roles
Data visualization experience, Power BI experience preferred
Working Conditions
Works between an office and plant environment with Exposure to varying degrees of temperatures and noise.
Ability to travel up to 5% of the time including overnight stays
The position location will be in the CTOS corporate office during regular business hours.
Occasional overtime may be required to complete tasks or meet with leadership staff.
The ability to type or operate common office equipment up to 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
